Time Space Continuum Problem?

I swear there must be one. How else do you explain how the weekdays crawl by at such a snail's pace and the weekend days speed by so quickly you can't catch your breath? It doesn't help any that we lose an hour this weekend. I cannot fathom why we keep this habit of turning the clocks back and setting them forward. Do we think we're fooling ourselves? It's silly. Time is our own invention and we tweak it to fit our needs, yet we can't seem to manufacture enough for ourselves to enjoy. There's something wrong here.
